Returns & Exchanges

At Armaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or sprayed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the original, unopened fragrance bottle back into its original packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
